Implementation & 24x7 Support

The Ascent Data Center Infrastructure Management team has the knowledge and skills to successfully implement your DCIM solution, the first time. During a DCIM deployment, the Ascent DCIM implementation team will provide software installation, configuration, integration, training and support. We offer a quick start (2-4 day) implementation for smaller installations and a full turnkey implementation for larger installations.

The Ascent 24x7 Support team can handle support requests via email, web or phone 24 hours a day. From simple “How do I” questions to complex integration and workflow designs, our support staff is here to help.


Planning & Evaluation

Ascent DCIM experts are knowledgeable with several DCIM solutions and have a deep understanding of DCIM methodologies. Ascent can lead the full evaluation, proof of concept and planning phases.


Install & Configuration

Ascent DCIM experts will install the DCIM platform server software and add all the necessary data via imports, auto-discovery, or manual entry. Ascent DCIM experts will then configure all users, assets, workflows, alert monitoring, etc.


Training

DCIM training is provided by Ascent DCIM experts who know and use the systems. As you onboard new employees or roll out a new DCIM tool, Ascent can provide the training to your employees, both onsite or remotely. By consistently training your employees, you gain assurance that your data is accurate and company processes are being consistently followed.


Support

Ascent DCIM experts provide ongoing maintenance and support to keep customers' DCIM platforms running optimally. Additionally, Ascent's 24x7 AOC department monitors customers' DCIM systems and can escalate alerts and dispatch technicians.
