Ranging from staffing solutions at a single data center site to regional facility management support for multiple sites requiring maintenance and supervision on an as-needed basis, Ascent has you covered 24×7.
Backed by proven processes, maintenance procedures, training and critical facility management programs, our Critical Facility Managers, Technicians, and Assistants are responsible for your sites, their critical systems and ongoing maintenance practices to support the computing environment.
Our onsite personnel manage, troubleshoot and in a hybrid approach, self-perform and manage third party vendors to maintain, service and repair these critical systems:
- Back-Up/Standby Emergency Generator Systems
- Electrical Switchgear and Distribution Systems
- Mechanical Systems
- Building Automation & Monitoring Systems
- Fire Detection & Alarm, Sprinkler Systems, Gaseous Suppression, & VESDA

Taking Facility Management a step further, our onsite teams also support more traditional property management duties such as office maintenance, building exterior maintenance, landscaping / snow removal, cleaning and more.

Training
Ascent’s training program focuses on safety, data center fundamentals and workforce development. Above and beyond the training program, Ascent offers a tuition reimbursement program for team members wishing to pursue a technical certification, Bachelors or Master’s degree focused on growing their experience and advancing their career within Ascent. Continuing Education is available to all Ascent employees to stay current with the latest developments, skills and new technologies required for their fields or to maintain a license or certification.
